NPA combines photographic tours with photographic workshops for a fresh ADVENTURE!

Grand Tetons Photographic tours are full of Adventure.

Wildlife, Mountains & Cowboys wrapped in Fall colors.

Traveling the world, photographers will find many beautiful lands, but few compare to the wild unique beauty around Jackson Hole, Wyoming and The Grand Tetons.  You will be shown some secret locations to shoot the Grand Tetons from locations very few know exist. You will also have multiple opportunities to photograph the parks abundant wildlife. This Photo Adventure will not only increase your portfolio of images, but will advance your learning process by years. Teton Fall Photo Adventure is like combining Grand Tetons photographic tours with Grand Tetons photographic workshops on steroids! Our Pro Photographic Mentor will teach you how to shoot in a way that allows your photos to tell a story together. In the end everyones works will be combined to tell the story of Life in the Tetons and produced in National Photographic Magazine. Once printed everyone will receive multiple copies.

Students will enjoy photographing bears, moose and elk throughout the park. We will also photograph sunrise, sunset, and night photos of the majestic mountains. Plan on also capturing images of the historic Mormon Barns and local cowboys. All of this wrapped in the intense colors of Fall. Ansel Adams taught the world of photography that shooting the photo is only half the job. Our Pro will help teach you simple darkroom techniques that have helped throughout his 40+ year career as a professional photographer. He will help you to know when to convert to B&W and why certain images beg for being made as B&W images. Each day our Pro will look at students work and offer very helpful tips for improvement. Students will enjoy daily demonstrations from your instructor. Then you will be sent out to shoot your assignments, tailored for each student.

"I try to attend professional workshops and photo adventures 1-2 times a year, given by proven professionals on location in areas ideal for the focus of that particular trek.  I find myself coming back to Kevin over and over.  Kevin's background as both a professional photographer and magazine photo editor gives him both the knowledge of how to make the shot as well as what editors look for in selecting photos for their publication." - George Gilchrist

"When I look for a great photo trip, I always end up joining one of the adventures at National Photographic Adventures. Kevin does an amazing job and I love seeing my shots in their magazine!"-Kaitlin Lowe
